1. Introduction

Any capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms of Use which govern your use of our website www.courses.covesto.in (“Platform”) made available by Covesting Technologies Private Limited (“Covesting”, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”).

The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of this Platform. The term “Services” refers to any services offered by Covesting, whether on this Platform or otherwise.

 

2. Consent

By using our Platform, registering an account, transacting, subscribing, visiting, or paying for Services, you consent to this Refund & Cancellation Policy and unequivocally agree to all its terms without any demur.

 

3. Customer Cancellation

• As a general rule, subscriptions, services, consultancy fees, and/or any order once placed on the Platform are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

• You agree and acknowledge that Covesting shall not be liable to refund any money collected towards subscriptions, consultancy fees, or any other payments made on the Platform.

• Covesting’s decision on refunds, if any, shall be final and binding on the user.

• In case of any complaint about a spurious product or service, the liability lies solely with the creator/service provider/consultant, as Covesting is merely an information-sharing platform facilitating transactions between service providers and recipients.

• Covesting strictly discourages and prohibits the dealing of spurious products or services. We reserve the right to report such incidents to concerned authorities for appropriate legal action.

 

4. Termination of Services

Covesting reserves the exclusive right to:

• Terminate, suspend, limit, or restrict your account or access to Services at any time, without notice or liability, at its sole discretion.

• Exercise such rights if you:

  • Breach the Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy;

  • Engage in a transaction in violation of the Terms of Use;

  • Violate any law, rule, or regulation;

  • Provide false or misleading information;

  • Engage in inappropriate, unlawful, or unethical conduct.

⚠️ In all such cases, you agree and acknowledge that:

• No refund shall be payable for any amounts already paid.

• Covesting, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable in any manner for such termination or suspension.

 

5. Exceptions

Covesting may, at its sole discretion, allow refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

1. Duplicate payments due to technical errors.

2. Payment processing failures where money is debited but not reflected in your account.

Such refund requests must be submitted to team@covesting.in within 7 working days of the transaction, along with valid proof of payment.
